The Gaelic Slipper goes way back to the late Bronze Age find during excavations at a Crannóg in Connaught in the whest of Ireland. This tells us of cultural continuity for our Celtic Ancestors for over 1500 years and now with these 21st century versions I bring this lost and forgotten heritage alive again.
Production versions of the 'Gaelic Slipper' will have choice of laces, a rubber sole and heel on a leather mid-sole. My design means that these shoes can be resoled many times giving many years of Celtic style and comfort to happy owners.
